AllAdvantage.com Trademarks Available for Use on Member Websites
As outlined in the AllAdvantage.com Membership Agreement, the AllAdvantage.com trademarks provided in Section B below may be used only in compliance with the AllAdvantage.com Trademark Usage Policy and License. The terms of this policy, including examples of inappropriate use of AllAdvantage.com trademarks and tradenames, are provided below for your review. Please read it carefully before posting any AllAdvantage.com images on your website.

A. How to copy images

1. If you are using Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer, first place the cursor above the image you want to copy. Second, if you are using a PC or UNIX-based system, click and hold down the right mouse button; on a Mac, hold down the single mouse button. A small pop-up menu will appear after a few seconds, offering you a "save as..." or "download image..." option to save a copy of the image to your local hard drive.

2. After you download a graphic, you'll want to upload that graphic to your Internet service provider so it will appear on your Web site. Visit your Internet service provider's online documentation to learn what steps are necessary for uploading your html files and graphics.

1. Cut and paste the following HTML text template into your HTML document:

2. Replace xxxxxx in the first line of the HTML template with your own AllAdvantage.com ID#. For example, if your ID# is ABC123, the first line of the template would become this:

3. Replace logo.gif in the second line of the HTML template with the name of the logo graphic you have chosen. For example, if you have chosen the logo graphic named alladvantage-ba1.gif, the second line of the template would become this:

   That's all there is to it!

   AllAdvantage.com Trademark Usage Policy and License AllAdvantage.com grants its active members ("Members") a limited license to use the AllAdvantage.com name, logo and banners ("The AllAdvantage.com Marks") available in Section B at http://www.alladvantage.com/webmaster.asp?refid= on the Members' websites, exclusively for the purpose of seeking legitimate referrals to the AllAdvantage.com™ service and only in compliance with this policy. AllAdvantage.com may revoke this limited license at any time for any reason. Any uses of the AllAdvantage.com Marks in a manner that implies AllAdvantage.com sponsorship of any website, product or services is strictly prohibited. If a Member displays AllAdvantage.com Marks on a website that contains content that may tarnish the reputation of AllAdvantage.com or is otherwise objectionable to AllAdvantage.com, AllAdvantage.com may revoke privileges to use the AllAdvantage.com Marks and may cancel that Member's personal AllAdvantage.com account. Material that AllAdvantage.com considers objectionable and which may not be displayed with the AllAdvantage.com Marks includes, but is not limited to, content that: 1. Violates the intellecutal property rights or other personal or     proprietary rights of any third party; 2. Contains or promotes defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, profane or     harassing communication; 3. Replicates or "mirrors" all or part of the AllAdvantage.com webite; 4. Promotes violence, a drug culture, militant or extremist views; 5. Promotes discrimination based on nationality, disabilities, race, sex,     religion or age; 6. Depicts or promotes sexual acts, nudity, partial nudity or gross     depictions; and, 7. Contains or promotes any unlawful activities or materials. Only the official AllAdvantage.com sign-up page, located at http://www.alladvantage.com/joinsecure.asp?refid=, and the AllAdvantage.com banners in Section B on http://www.alladvantage.com/webmaster.asp?refid= may be used in conjunction with your website and personal AllAdvantage.com account number. This limited license does not create any partnership, agency or employee relationship between AllAdvantage.com and its participating Members. Website owners are solely responsible for all costs, materials, and contents on or pertaining to their websites.
